What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. You may need to pay re-shipping costs to have it sent again.

Why am I charged a Cash on Delivery fee?
COD orders incur a ₹49 fee to cover handling and collection costs.

Do you ship everywhere in India?
We ship across India, with reliable partners covering most pincodes. Remote areas may have limited service or longer delivery times.

Can I choose my delivery time?
Currently, delivery times are determined by our courier partners. We cannot guarantee specific time slots.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Process

Request Your Return
Log in to your account, go to ‘My Orders’, and select the items to return. Submit a return request.

Pack Your Items
Items must be in original condition—unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

Schedule Pickup
Our courier will pick up the package within 3–5 business days after approval. You’ll get an acknowledgment receipt.

Get Your Refund
After inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

Returns to Store (if applicable)
Bring the product with original packaging and invoice to our physical store.
Staff will inspect and accept eligible returns.
Refunds will follow store policy (cash/card refund or store credit).

What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
Bodysuits and innerwear are non-returnable unless defective.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are possible for size or color (subject to availability). Initiate via ‘My Orders’.

How many times can I exchange an item?
Only one exchange is allowed per item.

When will I receive my exchanged item?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, the replacement will be shipped in 2–5 business days.

Can I cancel my exchange request?
Once an exchange is approved and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Will you accept a return if I’ve discarded the outer packaging?
No. Products without original packaging and tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free return or exchange.

Are shipping charges refunded if I return an item?
No. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

I paid by Cash on Delivery. How will I get my refund?
Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit or via bank transfer (not as cash refunds).

What if I used a promo code?
Refunds are calculated after adjusting any promo discounts. If a partial return makes your order ineligible for a discount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD, ₹49 extra).

COD is available in most serviceable pincodes. If unavailable, you’ll see an error at checkout.
