3️ Refund & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.

Items marked FINAL SALE or DISCOUNTED are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, bodysuits and sleepsuits are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process

Email returns@shopminimode.com with order number, item details, and reason for return.

Wait for approval and instructions before shipping anything back.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Approved claims will receive replacement or full refund including shipping.
4. Refunds

Issued only after returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to error or defect.
5. Exchanges

Exchange requests depend on stock availability.

Same process as returns applies.
6. No Refunds or Exchanges for:

Washed, used, or damaged items due to customer use.

Items returned without approval.

Packages returned due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and issue a full refund if needed.
